Deliveries & Shipping

All online orders placed will be processed for 1-3 days. Within 1-2 business days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.

In the event that Cardel Scents experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (customers will be notified via email, phone call and possibly WhatsApp chat). Accordingly, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should your order be delayed in excess of 10 days, Cardel Scents shall contact you via email or telephone.

 

DELIVERIES

For Jamaicans you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp that our courier is coming your way takes 9 – 18 hours on day of delivery. If further delay you will receive update via phone call or WhatsApp message. Rates reflecting in Jamaican dollars (JMD). Please note rates are subject to change without notice. COURIER FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.

 

Quick Pick up - $300JMD

We partnered with Packagehub. Every Saturday 10am - 6pm at Unit 19 Pristine Plaza, Half way tree. MUST place order 1 - 2 days in advance. If package is there longer than 3 days you will be charged $50 each day after.

 

Delivery to Home or Work in

Knutsford Express drop off– $300 Please note expected time 1 – 2 days for delivery.

 

THE FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR SHIPPING TOTAL AT CHECKOUT.  PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR KNUTSFORD EXPRESS PACKAGES , THE COST TO CLEAR OR COLLECT  THE PACKAGE IS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY TO KNUTSFORD EXPRESS. ALL LATE OR STORAGE FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THAT OF CARDELSCENTS.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

At check out, you will need to fill out your full name that you would like the package to be addressed to , the physical address where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in contact with the delivery.

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver Items to the delivery address given by the customer during the checkout process. In the event that the items are undeliverable, i.e. there is nobody available to accept the delivery of the items at address given, the Goods will be returned to Cardel Scents and reattempted when customer is available to take items — Additional Charges may apply.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

We ship internationally using Jamaica Post. Shipping costs vary with weight and volume.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 – 48 hours.
